All India Bar Examination (AIBE) has officially released the notification and application form for the All India Bar Examination XXI (21). The AIBE is a mandatory certification exam for law graduates who wish to obtain the Certificate of Practice (CoP) and practice law in Indian courts.The registration process commenced on 11 February 2026 and will remain open until 30 April 2026. The examination is scheduled to be conducted in offline (pen-and-paper) mode across more than 40 cities in India. Candidates must ensure they are enrolled with a State Bar Council before applying, although final-year law students are now permitted to appear under certain conditions.
