Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, has officially released the notification for school admissions for the academic session 2026-27. Admission to the Central Hindu Boys' School (CHBS) and Central Hindu Girls' School (CHGS) is conducted through two different processes:

School Entrance Test (SET): For Class 9th and 11th (Maths, Biology, Arts, and Commerce).
E-Lottery System: For LKG, Nursery, Class 1, and Class 6.

Interested parents and students can fill the application form on the official entrance portal starting from 20 February 2026.

Visit the official BHU entrance portal: www.bhuonline.in.
On the homepage, click on "Apply for Admission" under the School Entrance Test (SET) 2026 or School Admission (E-Lottery) 2026 section.
Click on "New Registration" and provide the student's name, DOB, and parent's details to get a login ID.
Log in with your email ID and password.
Fill out the application form carefully (Select your Class and School).
Upload a scanned Photograph and Signature of the Candidate/Parent.
Pay the application fee online.
Download and print the final application form for the counselling day.
