Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has officially activated the link for the Exam City Intimation Slip for the recruitment of Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) under CEN 01/2025. Candidates who applied for the 9,970 vacancies can now check their assigned exam city, date, and shift timing to plan their travel in advance.As per the revised schedule, the RRB ALP CBT 1 Exam 2026 will be conducted nationwide on 13, 16, 17, and 18 February 2026.

How To Download

  1. Visit Regional Website: Go to your respective regional RRB website (e.g., RRB Chandigarh, RRB Bhopal) or the central portal at rrbapply.gov.in.

  2. Find the Link: Click on the notification titled "Link for viewing Exam City & Date for CEN 01/2025 (ALP)".

  3. Candidate Login: You will be redirected to the login page.

  4. Enter Credentials: Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth (in DD-MM-YYYY format).

  5. Submit: Enter the captcha and click on "Login".

  6. View Slip: Your City Intimation Slip will appear on the screen.

  7. Check Details: Verify your Name, Exam City, State, Date of Exam, Shift, and Reporting Time.

  8. SC/ST Travel Authority: Eligible candidates can also download their Free Travel Pass along with the city slip.

Important Questions

Question: My exam is on February 13. When can I download the admit card? Answer: Your e-call letter will be available for download from February 09, 2026 via the same login portal.
Question: Can I change my assigned exam city or date? Answer: No. As per RRB rules, once a center and date are allotted, no requests for changes are entertained under any circumstances.
Question: What if I forget my RRB ALP Registration Number? Answer: You can use the "Forgot Registration Number" link on the login page. You will need to provide your Name, Father's Name, and Date of Birth to retrieve it.
Question: Is Aadhaar-linked biometric verification mandatory? Answer: Yes. Candidates must ensure their Aadhaar account is unlocked in the UIDAI system for smooth biometric verification at the exam center.
