Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC) has released a significant re-opening notice for the recruitment of Junior Engineers (JE). Under Advertisement numbers 28/2025 to 30/2025, a total of 2,809 vacancies are available in the Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines. This is a second chance for eligible diploma holders who missed the initial window or faced technical issues. The online application link is active again from 22 January 2026 and will remain open until 30 January 2026.
