Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC) has released an important notice regarding the Re-Opening of the online application window for the post of Pump Operator under the Public Health Engineering Department (PHED). This recruitment (Advertisement No. 32/2025) aims to fill 191 vacancies.Candidates who missed the initial application window or are newly eligible can now apply online from 31 January 2026 to 08 February 2026.
