Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially released the notification for the Central Armed Police Forces (Assistant Commandants) Examination, 2026. This recruitment drive (Advt. No. 08/2026-CPF) aims to fill 349 vacancies for the post of Assistant Commandant (Group A) in various paramilitary forces including BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, and SSB. The selection process involves a Written Examination (Paper I & II), followed by a Physical Standards/Physical Efficiency Test (PET), and finally a Personality Test/Interview.

Click on the "One Time Registration (OTR)" link if you haven't registered before.

Once OTR is complete, log in using your Email ID/Mobile Number and Password.

Go to the "Latest Notifications" tab and click on "Central Armed Police Forces (ACs) Examination, 2026".

Complete Part-I Registration by providing your basic details and choosing your preferred forces.

Proceed to Part-II Registration: Pay the application fee, upload your Photograph, Signature, and Photo ID proof.

Select your Examination Centre and agree to the declaration.

Submit the form and take a printout of the final application for your records.
